Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on Google Ads experience.
• Agency/performance marketing experience preferred/required.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Experience with e-commerce Google Ads campaigns is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads: Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, YouTube and remarketing.
• Familiar with conversion tracking, GA4, GTM, Merchant Center and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple networks.
• Handle Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, YouTube and Remarketing.
• Manage multiple client accounts and budgets concurrently.
• Develop strategies aligned with client revenue objectives.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience research.
• Monitor performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, conversions and profitability.
• Collaborate with creative, account management and performance marketing teams.
• Prepare performance reports and communicate insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated with Google Ads changes and automation trends.
