BairesDev®, a leader in technology projects for over 15 years, seeks a Golang + Python Developer to own a production integration end-to-end, handling code, deployments, and service health as the first technical responder for customer issues.

You will join a remote, global team, collaborate with engineering partners, and use AI tooling to support cross-language work, delivering impact with ownership and accountability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Golang and Python.
• Hands-on, autonomous mindset with end-to-end production ownership.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical support role.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Own a production integration end to end, including code, deployments, and service health monitoring.
• Act as the first technical responder for customer issues on the integration.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents with urgency and precision.
• Collaborate with engineering partners to ensure service coverage and continuity.
• Leverage AI tooling to support cross-language work and accelerate issue resolution.
