BairesDev is seeking a Senior Python & Golang Engineer to design, build and optimize robust backend systems. You will drive technical excellence, ensure core services reliability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Backend Development, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in backend development using Python and Golang.
• Strong hands-on experience designing and implementing GraphQL and REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of HTTP fundamentals and networking protocols.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as a senior engineer, proactively identifying blockers and communicating issues.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable backend services using Python and Go.
• Design and optimize high-performance APIs leveraging REST and GraphQL architectures.
• Maintain and improve core application functionality, ensuring system scalability and low latency.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical blockers independently, providing strategic recommendations for system improvements.
