REAL Success is seeking a seasoned CRM, Email Marketing & GoHighLevel Manager to own and optimize our email campaigns and event funnels. You will independently build complete REAL Success events in GoHighLevel and drive the Mailgun transition in-house, focusing on deliverability, segmentation, and performance across campaigns.

The role emphasizes reliability, ongoing development, and cross-team collaboration to avoid single-person dependencies and ensure timely launches.

Qualifications

• Experience with GoHighLevel funnels, forms, workflows and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of email deliverability, sender reputation and segmentation.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end event campaigns and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure GoHighLevel for REAL Success events.
• Manage email campaigns, deliverability and segmentation to maximize registrations and attendance.
• Oversee Mailgun integration and transition to in-house infrastructure.
