Job summary

InsideOutVAS is seeking a GoHighLevel Dashboard & Automation Developer to build a remote, two-way synced internal dashboard for our global recruiting team. You will own the project end-to-end—from requirements gathering to launch, documentation, and ongoing enhancements.

The role requires English fluency and a focus on data-driven workflows. You will connect the dashboard to GHL via API v2 and webhooks, design role-based screens, and build automated workflows across Make, n8n, and Zapier to

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience with workflows, pipelines, and custom fields.
• Experience using GHL API (v2), OAuth, and webhooks for real-time syncing.
• Experience building internal tools or web apps using React/Next.js/Node.js/Python or low-code platforms.
• Strong data structuring and clear English communication.

Responsibilities

• Build a two-way synced internal GHL dashboard with role-based views.
• Integrate GoHighLevel API (v2), OAuth, webhooks, and data structures.
• Design and implement automation workflows in Make, n8n, or Zapier.
• Document the system and train team members; optimize performance.
