InsideOut Hiring is seeking a GoHighLevel Dashboard & Automation Developer to own a complex, two-way synced internal dashboard for our global recruiting team. You will connect the dashboard to GHL via API v2 and webhooks, building role-based screens and automated workflows across Make, n8n, and Zapier.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience (workflows, pipelines, custom fields, custom objects, snapshots).
• Proven experience using GHL API (v2), OAuth & webhooks for real-time two-way syncing.
• Experience building custom web apps or internal tools via code (React, Next.js, Node.js, Python) or low-code platforms.

Responsibilities

• Map team workflows and build role-based views for recruiters, sourcers, and management.
• Connect the dashboard to GHL via API v2 and webhooks for two-way data sync.
• Build automated workflows in Make, n8n, or Zapier to streamline candidate intake and scheduling.
• Maintain system documentation and train team members.
