Job summary

Permworks, a US-based advertising agency, seeks a full-time Contractor Web, Mobile & Software Dev to own the backend systems, SOPs, and automations using GoHighLevel, Make.com, Zapier, and n8n.

You’ll build workflows, support cross‑department teams, and improve data management with Airtable and Google Sheets, plus dashboards for reliable reporting. Fluent English required; salary: $1,200–$1,700 monthly.

Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in GoHighLevel, including building and managing complex automations and snapshots.
• Proven experience with integration platforms like Make.com, Zapier, or n8n.
• Strong understanding of data management and reporting, with experience using tools like Airtable, Google Sheets, and data visualization platforms.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Owning and managing our entire backend tech stack, including GoHighLevel, Make.com, Zapier, n8n, and ClickUp.
• Ensuring all company data is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to all relevant team members.
• Rolling out complex GoHighLevel snapshot updates and process improvements to all client accounts.
• Providing real-time support to our tech and onboarding teams, unblocking them when they get stuck, and creating SOPs to prevent future issues.
• Ensuring smooth client launches and proactively identifying and resolving recurring issues before they ESCALATE.
