Job summary

Caliber6 is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead GoHighLevel buildouts, CRM implementations, workflow automations, and business process optimization in a fully remote, EST-friendly role. You will bridge clients and developers, manage multiple CRM projects, gather requirements, coordinate the team, and ensure on-time delivery from kickoff to launch.

Strong communicator with GoHighLevel expertise and experience with Asana is required.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience.
Minimum 5 years of Technical project management experience.
Proven experience managing CRM implementation or digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end CRM and GoHighLevel implementation projects.
Lead client onboarding, discovery calls, and project planning sessions.
Gather and document business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
Coordinate and manage the development team to ensure timely project completion.
Track project progress and maintain timelines using Asana.
Facilitate regular client updates and status meetings.
Review deliverables to ensure quality standards are met.
Identify and resolve project risks, blockers, and scope changes.
Ensure seamless communication between clients, developers, and stakeholders.
Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies.
