Job summary

ETech, a leading IT solutions provider, is seeking a GoAnywhere MFT Administrator to manage and secure enterprise-wide file transfers. You will drive architecture, automation, and administration of the GoAnywhere platform, collaborating with Epic EHR teams, external healthcare vendors, and internal security to ensure compliant data exchange (PHI/PII).

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on GoAnywhere MFT administration in an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of secure file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, AS2, SCP, HTTPS).
• Experience managing encryption standards (OpenPGP, AES) and certificate lifecycles.
• Proficiency in building automated MFT workflows with error handling and retries.
• Knowledge of HIPAA/HITECH compliance and PHI data handling.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the GoAnywhere MFT platform for high availability.
• Perform upgrades, patching, and capacity planning across Dev, Test, Prod.
• Manage GoAnywhere agents deployed on distributed servers.
• Design and deploy complex workflows to replace manual scripting and optimize ETL processes.
• Onboard external trading partners and define file transfer rules and triggers.
• Coordinate integration with SQL Server, SMB/network shares, and cloud storage (Azure/AWS).
• Configure and maintain secure protocols (SFTP, FTPS, AS2, HTTPS).
• Monitor audit logs and generate reports for security audits and compliance.
• Provide Tier 3 support for file transfer failures and connectivity issues.
