Job summary

Softworld, a Kelly Company, invites applications for a Guidance, Navigation and Control Engineer for Space. This is a 100% remote, long-term contract role working with a team of GNC engineers on spacecraft navigation systems for LEO missions.

The role covers design, development, testing and operation of GNC systems, with emphasis on navigation algorithms, sensor characterization and on-orbit analysis. Strong MATLAB/Simulink and C/C++ skills are required.

Qualifications

• MS degree in a relevant technical field, plus at least 4 years applicable experience or a PhD in a relevant field.
• Proficient in MATLAB/Simulink and C/C++.
• Experience with FSW development and test—preferably in graphical development environments.
• Experience with ground operations support software development and test.
