Job summary

MMS Holdings Inc is seeking an experienced pharmacovigilance leader to oversee global post-marketing case processing from intake to closure. You will develop PV workflows, ensure GVP and FDA compliance, and mentor a cross-functional team in a dynamic CRO environment.

The role requires deep expertise in drug safety databases, regulatory standards, and strong client-facing capabilities to provide strategic direction and deliver high-quality safety deliverables.

Qualifications

• Degree in scientific/medical field; advanced degrees preferred.
• Min 8 years in drug safety or pharmacovigilance.
• Expert in scientific principles and drug safety concepts.
• Experience with drug safety databases.
• Strong leadership and client-facing capabilities.
• Proficient with MS Office; clinical trial exposure a plus.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001/27001, 21 CFR Part 11, GCP.

Responsibilities

• Lead global post-marketing case processing from intake to closure.
• Develop and own PV workflows, procedures, and work instructions.
• Establish quality review frameworks for case processing.
• Ensure compliance with GVP, FDA, and SOPs.
• Lead client meetings and mentor team members.
• Manage projects end-to-end, identify process efficiencies.
