Job summary

Affirm is seeking a senior leader to join Global Operations as the Director, Vendor Strategy & Operations, overseeing the global vendor network and BPO programs.

You will own vendor strategy, performance, and outcomes, partnering with product, engineering, and Finance to drive innovation, compliance, and cost-to-serve at scale.

This remote-first role offers broad scope and a chance to shape Affirm's customer operations and culture across multiple geographies.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in global customer operations or vendor programs
• Experience managing large-scale outsourced operations
• Proven AI deployment in customer ops
• Strong analytical and data-driven decisions
• Executive-level stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Define long-term strategy for affirm's global customer ops vendor network
• Lead governance forums and quarterly reviews with vendors
• Partner with product, engineering and ops to deploy AI across servicing workflows
• Drive cost-to-serve reductions across vendors
• Own vendor performance across CSAT, SLA, QA, and productivity
• Lead large-scale vendor migrations and operating-model transformations
• Elevate vendor and customer experience across functional PODs
