Job summary

Syneos Health is hiring a Global Trials Optimization Specialist / Project Manager I (Sponsor Dedicated/Remote - US only). This role combines clinical trial operations, feasibility strategy, recruitment planning, and performance analysis to optimize enrollment and study execution.

You will partner with trial teams, vendors, legal, and analytics to drive data-informed decisions, coordinate timelines, and produce actionable study reports. A strong background in oncology trials is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting clinical trials, feasibility, recruitment planning, enrollment strategy, or trial optimization.
• Strong ability to gather, interpret, and apply data to support planning and decision-making.
• Experience coordinating timelines, deliverables, stakeholder reviews, and cross-functional inputs.
• Ability to work with clinical trial teams, vendors, legal, analytics, and other business partners.
• Strong written communication skills to develop clear reports, plans, updates, and study-facing materials.
• Detail-oriented approach with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical research environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather data, benchmarks, and modeling inputs for feasibility and trial optimization planning.
• Support program reviews, including content review and escalation of requirements.
• Plan timelines for validation, deliverables, and country validation requests.
• Assist Clinical Trials Allocation Committee activities with scenario planning and modeling updates.
• Author the initial Global Trials Optimization Report and maintain updates.
• Complete recruitment needs assessments and ensure reports remain current.
