Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Global Trials Optimization Specialist to support feasibility, recruitment planning, and in-life trial optimization across global studies.

You’ll partner with trial teams, vendors, legal, analytics, and other stakeholders to identify enrollment opportunities and address challenges. Excellent candidates will combine clinical trial operations, feasibility strategy, and performance analysis to help studies reach the right participants.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting clinical trials, feasibility, recruitment planning, enrollment strategy, or trial optimization.
• Strong ability to gather, interpret, and apply data to support planning and decision-making.
• Experience coordinating timelines, deliverables, stakeholder reviews, and cross-functional inputs.
• Ability to work with clinical trial teams, vendors, legal, analytics, and other business partners.
• Strong written communication skills, including the ability to develop clear reports, plans, updates, and study-facing materials.
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical research environment.

Responsibilities

• Support program feasibility and trial optimization planning.
• Assist in development of program reviews and content.
• Plan timelines for validation, deliverables, stakeholder alignment, and country validation requests.
• Support activity for validation and trial allocation processes.
• Author the Global Trials Optimization Report and update it throughout the trial lifecycle.
• Complete recruitment needs assessments and ensure reports remain current.
