Job summary

Circana is seeking an OUS Treasury Operations Analyst to manage daily cash positioning, forecasting, and international treasury activities across ~25 countries. You will coordinate with Controllership, Tax, Legal, and FP&A and support global banking partners.

The role requires strong Excel skills and Kyriba/NetSuite experience. Remote US position; candidates should support US banking hours with some overlap for Europe/Asia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of Treasury, banking, or related experience.
• Hands-on cash positioning, liquidity management, and forecasting experience.
• Experience across multiple countries, currencies, or legal entities preferred.
• Proficiency with treasury systems and ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review daily OUS cash positioning and liquidity risks.
• Execute Treasury transactions (wires, ACH, intercompany transfers).
• Own daily/weekly/monthly cash forecasting; analyze variances and improve forecast.
• Monitor cash across countries, currencies, legal entities, and banking platforms.
• Collaborate with Controllers, Tax, Legal, FP&A to resolve cash issues.
• Review bank activity and resolve cash or reconciliation exceptions.
• Maintain bank accounts and authorized‑signer documentation; assist with openings/closures.
• Manage user access in online banking and Treasury systems.
• Monitor intercompany loan balances and provide schedules.
• Prepare and enhance Treasury reporting with insights on cash trends and liquidity.
• Identify risks in international Treasury processes and escalate appropriately.
• Support Treasury process improvements, controls, and data quality.
• Assist Treasury systems projects, testing and documentation.
• Support audit/compliance and documentation requirements.
• Cross-train and provide backup coverage for US Treasury operations.
• Provide backup coverage for US Treasury during need.
