Job summary

Circana is a global leader providing technology, AI, and data solutions to the consumer goods industry. The US Treasury Operations Analyst role supports daily cash management, forecasting, and treasury processes across the US, reporting to the US Treasury Operations Manager and collaborating with Controllership, Tax, Legal, and FP&A.

You will independently execute established Treasury processes, analyze cash activity, and escalate liquidity or operational concerns while helping improve processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of Treasury, banking, or related finance experience with exposure to cash management.
• Experience with cash positioning, forecasting, banking activity, or related Treasury processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the daily US cash position and update cash reports.
• Monitor daily bank activity and identify liquidity concerns requiring escalation.
• Execute Treasury transactions (wires, ACH, intercompany transfers) per controls.
• Support forecasting with input gathering and variance analysis.
• Support cash deployment and short-term investments with timely data.
• Review bank activity and resolve cash or reconciliation issues with Controllership.
• Maintain bank account and signer documentation; assist with openings/closures.
• Manage user access in banking platforms and Treasury systems securely.
• Track intercompany loan balances and related activity.
• Prepare recurring Treasury reports with cash analysis and forecasts.
• Support audit requests and internal control documentation.
• Collaborate with Controllership, Tax, Legal, FP&A to resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve Treasury processes and efficiency.
• Participate in Treasury projects, system enhancements, and cross-training.
• Cross-train with OUS Analyst for backup coverage.
