  • Execute Treasury transactions, including wires, ACH payments, and intercompany transfers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to authorization and control requirements.
  • Own key components of daily, weekly, and monthly cash forecasting, including gathering and validating inputs, analyzing variances, and recommending improvements to forecast reliability.
  • Monitor cash across countries, currencies, legal entities, and banking platforms to support liquidity decisions and timely funding.
  • Partner with local Controllers, banks, Tax, Legal, Controllership, and FP&A to resolve cash-related issues and support international Treasury activities.
  • Review daily bank activity and partner with Controllership and local Finance teams to investigate and resolve cash or reconciliation exceptions.
  • Maintain bank account and authorized‑signer documentation and support account openings, closures, and administrative updates across international banking partners.
  • Administer user access and entitlements within online banking platforms and Treasury systems in accordance with security and control requirements.
  • Monitor intercompany loan balances and maintain supporting schedules, ensuring accurate records and visibility into internal funding activity.
  • Prepare and enhance Treasury reporting, providing clear insights into cash trends, forecast variances, liquidity needs, and operational drivers.
  • Identify risks or issues within international Treasury processes and determine the appropriate stakeholders and escalation path.
  • Identify and support practical improvements to Treasury processes, controls, workflows, data quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Support Treasury systems and automation initiatives, including testing, documentation, and implementation of system enhancements.
  • Support audit, compliance, and documentation requirements, ensuring adherence to internal policies and control standards.
  • Participate in Treasury projects, cross‑training, and process documentation initiatives.
  • Provide backup coverage for US Treasury Operations as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Treasury, banking, or a related finance or accounting role with meaningful exposure to cash management.
  • Hands‑on experience with cash positioning, liquidity management, cash forecasting, corporate banking activity, or related Treasury processes.
  • Experience supporting Treasury activities across multiple countries, currencies, legal entities, or banking environments is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of cash management, financial statements, cash flow, and liquidity concepts.
  • Ability to analyze cash activity, identify trends or exceptions, and make practical recommendations.
  • Ability to independently investigate operational issues, identify the appropriate stakeholders, and elevate concerns when needed.
  • Experience working with treasury management systems, ERP platforms, or corporate online banking systems. Kyriba and NetSuite experience are preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute accurately within established controls and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage recurring daily responsibilities across multiple countries and time zones.
