Job summary

RTX Corporation is seeking a Principal Specialist, Global Trade to support international pursuits and ensure export/import compliance for the LADS business. You will work with internal and external partners to craft export authorizations, interpret ITAR/EAR, and ensure regulatory alignment across programs.

The role requires security clearance eligibility, US citizenship, and experience with tools like DECCS or SNAP-R.

Qualifications

Experience researching and applying ITAR/EAR regulations.
Experience obtaining ITAR/EAR export authorizations.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
Experience with Global Trade tools such as DECCS, SNAP-R, SAP-GT, OCR EASE IT.
Flexible, cooperative and able to meet changing conditions.

Responsibilities

Prepare and submit export authorizations to the U.S. Department of State and BIS.
Interpret ITAR/EAR regulations for Raytheon employees.
Provide export status updates to programs and requestors.
Facilitate approvals for hardware export and related transactions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to determine proper export authority.
Participate in compliance audits and investigations.
Develop and deliver international trade training as needed.
Represent Global Trade in meetings with internal and external parties.
Assist in implementing export/import procedures and company policies.
Minimal domestic travel ~ quarterly.
