AssetWatch is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to establish and lead the tax and compliance function as the company scales globally. This role owns tax and compliance, partnering with Accounting leadership and external advisors to ensure accuracy and risk mitigation.

The position oversees U.S., Canadian, and future UK/European expansion activities, driving governance and process improvements across jurisdictions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or a related field.
• 7 to 10+ years of progressive tax and compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and local tax compliance requirements.
• Experience coordinating tax compliance activities across multiple legal entities or jurisdictions.
• Experience coordinating with external tax advisors, auditors, and regulatory agencies.

Responsabilidades

• Own and oversee U.S. federal, state, and local tax compliance activities.
• Manage sales and use tax compliance, registrations, filings, and reporting requirements.
• Oversee tax compliance activities for the Canadian subsidiary with external advisors.
• Coordinate tax provision support and annual tax filings with external tax firms.
• Develop tax compliance calendars and governance processes.
