Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a remote Global Study Manager to join our Central Labs Services team. You will be the main client liaison, overseeing complex global studies, budgets, risks and milestones while coordinating with cross-functional Labcorp teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in pharma/CRO environments, strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, and familiarity with Central Labs workflows. This role offers a remote work setup with international study exposure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO industry.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex global clinical projects, including budget, risk, timeline and stakeholder management.
• 5+ years of experience in client facing and stakeholder management.
• 2+ years of experience working within Central Labs.
• Project Management training or certification (PMP, Prince2) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Key contact for clients; Liaison between Clients, CRO, and Labcorp
• Provides project management oversight focusing on budget, risk, and milestone management
• Manages a portfolio of global, high-complexity studies
• Acts as an ambassador for the client within Labcorp CLS
• Ensures regulatory compliance and documentation accuracy
• Demonstrates self-organization to manage conflicting priorities
• Participates in functional meetings and provides input
• Supports continuous improvement, quality and productivity
