Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in sourcing, product dev, design/engineering or supply chain.
• HVAC equipment and accessories knowledge a plus.
• CPSM certification preferred.
• Strong negotiation and customer service orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel internationally (10–15%).
• Familiarity with manufacturing methods and global sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Lead global sourcing strategy development and execution.
• Develop and manage a global supplier base to meet growth needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Category Mgmt, Product Dev, QA, Finance, HR, Legal).
• Lead supplier qualification, onboarding and contract negotiations.
• Drive product development and sourcing projects through pipeline.
• Coordinate supplier diversification and scorecards; review performance.
