Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing to drive enterprise-level procurement initiatives for Life Sciences and managed services. You will design and execute strategies, lead supplier relationships, and deliver measurable cost savings while aligning with corporate objectives.

You will partner with C-level clients and cross-functional teams to implement standardized sourcing frameworks, improving efficiency and scalability across accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance or related field preferred.
• Experience in commercial real estate, facilities management, or professional services environments.
• 7–10+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing projects across assigned categories, from spend analysis and market research through supplier selection, contract negotiation, and seamless operational transitions.
• Develop category strategies aligned with business objectives, including total cost of ownership, risk mitigation, and ROI.
• Conduct RFx processes for high-value procurements, ensuring competitive positioning and supplier relationship integrity.
• Build strategic relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, acting as primary contact for escalated issues and strategic discussions.
• Analyze spend data to identify cost reductions and process improvements driving enterprise value.
• Lead cross-functional project teams across legal, finance, operations, and facilities management.
• Negotiate master service agreements and pricing to secure favorable terms while managing risk.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with strategic suppliers and provide executive level reporting to leadership.
• Support to advanced procurement platforms and supplier management systems.
