Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Global Site Identification and Feasibility Specialist to support sponsor-dedicated trials from a fully remote US-based team. You will identify high-performing clinical sites, support feasibility assessments, and deliver data-driven insights to influence study strategy.

In this role, you will partner with Development Operations, CROs, and study teams to ensure CTMS data quality, generate actionable metrics, and stay current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience with clinical trial operations, or 2+ years in site feasibility, recruitment, or enrollment planning.
• Strong understanding of clinical research and drug development.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholders, CROs, and external partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis/reporting.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate sites that align with study requirements and enrollment goals.
• Support feasibility activities, including clinical system setup and questionnaire deployment.
• Track feasibility responses and report to study teams and stakeholders.
• Partner with CTMS data quality and system improvements for study planning decisions.
• Generate metrics and analyses to support site selection and enrollment planning.
