Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Global Site Identification & Feasibility Specialist to advance sponsor-dedicated clinical trial planning in a fully remote role.

This position emphasizes data-driven site selection, feasibility assessments, and collaboration with CROs and internal teams to support global enrollment and study success. The base salary range reflects market norms for remote East Coast preferred candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience with clinical trial operations and development processes, or 2+ years in site feasibility, recruitment, or enrollment planning.
• Strong understanding of clinical research and drug development.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, CROs, and external partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; advanced Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analyze data to identify sites aligned with study needs.
• Support feasibility activities: CTMS setup, questionnaire deployment, site outreach.
• Track feasibility responses and report to study teams.
• Troubleshoot feasibility issues for internal and outsourced studies.
• Partner with study teams to ensure CTMS data accuracy.
• Evaluate system issues and recommend improvements.
• Generate metrics and analyses for site selection.
• Collaborate with CROs and internal teams on enrollment planning.
• Assist with enrollment forecasting under senior feasibility leaders.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices.
