Job summary

Revolution Medicines is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Site Contracts to support drafting, negotiating, and executing clinical site agreements. This role reports to the Director, Clinical Vendor and Outsourcing and requires oncology experience, strong negotiation, and leadership in a global environment.

The position involves managing site contracts, budgets, CMS input, and process improvements to ensure contracts are delivered on time and within FMV, SOPs, FDA and ICH/GCP guidelines.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree and 10+ years related experience in biotech/pharma.
• Experience with clinical budget negotiation is required.
• Strong negotiation and contract administration skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of site contract agreements from start to finish.
• Ensure contract terms align with policies and goals and improve processes.
• Lead timely preparation and execution of site contracts and budgets.
