Job summary

KBR, Inc is seeking a Global Server, Storage & Backup Manager to lead a geographically distributed team responsible for enterprise compute, virtualization, storage, and data protection services. You will ensure reliability, security, performance, and lifecycle management of infrastructure platforms across a global technology environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure environments (server, virtualization, storage, backup).
• 5+ years in leadership of infrastructure operations teams.
• Experience with globally distributed enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead global team for enterprise server, virtualization, storage, and backup services.
• Ensure availability, performance, security, and recoverability across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Oversee administration of Windows Server, Linux, virtualization, storage, and data protection.
• Lead backup, recovery, and DR programs to ensure business continuity.
• Develop standards, procedures, and service support models; monitor performance and capacity.
• Drive incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
