Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages multi-segment growth and in-market execution plans balancing retention, expansion, and new customer acquisition priorities.
• Secures complex renewals and new agreements by structuring negotiation approaches and closure discipline.
• Constructs strategic account governance that deepens executive relationships and expands portfolio adoption across accounts.
• Calibrates forecasting and pipeline integrity through standardized qualification criteria and performance analytics.
• Evaluates market signals to refine positioning, investment focus, and territory priorities, communicating direction through executive updates.
• Resolves escalations by diagnosing root causes and mobilizing cross-functional actions to protect continuity of service.
