Job summary

QPS is a global CRO seeking a US-based Manager, Global Proposals to develop budgets and proposals for full-service, multi-site trials. You will collaborate with BD, Clinical Ops, Finance, Contracts, and SMEs, and manage timelines while mentoring teammates in a fast-paced environment.

You will review contracts and pricing for USA, Europe and Asia and work independently to deliver client-ready proposals with strong margin analysis and scenario planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in CRO budgets, proposals and contracting in full-service CRO.
• Experience with multi-site patient studies and global contracting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review budgets and proposals for full-service, multi-site clinical trials.
• Coordinate timelines, priorities, and client clarifications to meet deadlines.
• Lead complex proposals from RFP through submission with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with study protocol and assumptions.
• Mentor teammates and optimize proposal processes and tools.
