Job summary

SILTT seeks a seasoned Project Manager - Owner’s Representative to bridge regional program planning and field execution for complex infrastructure builds. You will drive Facility Ready milestones, filter field data, and safeguard schedule and cost across a global portfolio.

Reporting to the RPM and mentoring regional Construction Managers, you will supervise commissioning, turnover to operations, and ensure safety and QA/QC standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of direct project management experience delivering complex MEP-dense, heavy commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction projects.
• Proven track record auditing GC pay applications, evaluating change orders, and managing project-level risk.
• Demonstrated experience using scheduling software (Primavera P6 or equivalent) and cloud-based construction platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured schedule and financial reviews to track critical path health and forecast handover dates.
• Audit GC payment applications, EWNs, and Change Orders to ensure cost reasonability and capital protection.
• Resolve workflow bottlenecks and track OFE and procurement lifecycles to prevent schedule drift.
• Directly manage and mentor regional Construction Managers and resolve field disputes.
• Monitor commissioning sequences and drive punch-list resolution for turnover to Operations.
• Oversee EHS compliance and QA/QC across the regional portfolio.
