Job summary

3M is seeking a Payroll Leader for the US and UK operations. In this role, you will oversee payroll activities, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance across payroll processing. You will also handle vendor relationships, manage payroll transactions, and continuously improve processes.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in payroll and human resources, with strong analytical skills, and knowledge in using ADP and Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years experience in Payroll or related fields with relevant diploma or five years with a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in payroll audits and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in compliance with payroll regulations.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support payroll processing for the U.S. and Canada.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.
• Process and review complex payroll transactions.
