Job summary

Splash is seeking a highly organized Strategic Partnerships Officer to strengthen our global Development function and support the growth of high-value partnerships and philanthropy. This hands-on role spans prospect research, partnership support, fundraising operations, data management, and senior external engagement.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2-4 years of fundraising, philanthropy, partnerships, business development, or related experience.
• Excellent research, analytical and written communication skills, with the ability to turn detailed information into concise, decision-useful briefings.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills, attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
• Comfort working with CRM systems; Salesforce experience is helpful but not essential.
• Comfort using AI-enabled research and productivity tools, with the judgement to verify information.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective funders and translate research into concise, actionable intelligence.
• Prepare prospect profiles, meeting histories, relationship summaries and briefing materials for the CPDO and Development team.
• Maintain accurate fundraising records across Salesforce and Asana, including prospects, opportunities, engagement and next steps.
• Coordinate global pipeline reviews and prepare materials, document decisions and follow-up actions.
• Support development operations, grant coordination and reporting processes to keep the function running smoothly.
