Arrow Electronics seeks a Global Marketplace Lead to define and drive our hyperscaler marketplace strategy across regions. You’ll translate strategic direction into actionable plans, build scalable go-to-market motions, and coordinate with ISVs, hyperscalers, and local teams to execute opportunities effectively.

As the central marketplace expert, you’ll enable partners, optimize processes, and align operational readiness with platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of hyperscaler marketplaces and how they support cloud sales, partner growth, ISV monetization and customer procurement.

Responsibilities

• Define the global marketplace strategy for Arrow across hyperscalers, translating it into a prioritized execution plan.
• Own marketplace go-to-market execution by building scalable motions, playbooks and programs for local teams and partners.
• Manage relationships with ISVs by identifying priority partners and aligning joint opportunities.
• Liaise with hyperscaler marketplace stakeholders to align priorities, programs, incentives and opportunities.
• Support local country and regional teams as the central marketplace expert with guidance and enablement.
