You will mentor a six-person team across multiple time zones, define global data and analytics strategy, ensure data quality across Salesforce and martech, and deliver scalable dashboards and insights that drive revenue growth.

This remote role is based in Europe, with collaboration across global leaders to accelerate pipeline and marketing

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Marketing Operations or related field.
• 3+ years in team leadership across multiple time zones.
• Advanced experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud (Pardot).
• Strong data governance, enrichment, and hygiene capabilities.
• Proven success translating data into revenue-focused insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead global marketing ops, automation, and analytics teams across time zones.
• Define and execute data strategy aligned with growth and revenue goals.
• Own data quality, governance, and integrations across Salesforce and martech.
• Oversee data orchestration across CRM, automation, BI, and enrichment platforms.
• Develop dashboards and executive reports on pipeline, revenue, and performance.
• Advise on platform modernization and AI applications in marketing tech.
