Job summary

Esko, a Veralto company, is seeking a Marketing Communications & Media Manager to lead global earned media and communications. This remote role spans Belgium, the UK, and the Netherlands, with international travel to meet media, partners, and stakeholders.

You will collaborate with growth, content, product, commercial and executive teams to align messaging with go-to-market and growth plans, manage outreach and interviews, and develop thought leadership opportunities for Esko’s experts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or related field.
• +3 years of experience in media, communications, or marketing communications, including B2B
• Experience managing external and internal communications in a multi-market environment
• Strong media relations and ability to build relationships from scratch
• Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination
• Experience in graphic arts or packaging industry is a plus
• Experience supporting executive-level communications
• Fluent English required

Responsibilities

• Develop core media messaging and positioning across audiences and markets.
• Translate priority into media tactics to secure global coverage and track results.
• Build and manage relationships with international media, influencers, and stakeholders.
• Manage media outreach, interviews, bylines, press materials, and reputation management.
• Plan and execute integrated media campaigns and high-visibility moments.
• Act as a strategic communications partner to the executive team for interviews and visibility.
• Partner with growth, content, product, commercial, and executive teams to keep messaging aligned.
• Identify and support thought-leadership opportunities for Esko's experts through content and speaking engagements.
