Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Global Market Development Manager for the Bioprocessing Filtration and Separation business. You will lead global GTM strategy across biologics, plasma-derived therapies, and vaccines, translating data and customer needs into differentiated positioning and growth.

You will collaborate across teams to drive portfolio adoption, develop workflow-based strategies, and enable regional marketing while leveraging AI and analytics to inform planning and ensure

Qualifications

• Advanced degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's with 8+ years in marketing in life sciences.
• Proven success in multi-channel marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives.
• Experience delivering content and messaging across digital and traditional channels.
• Strong analytical skills to derive insights from market data and metrics.
• Ability to lead complex marketing projects in a matrix organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication including executive presentations.
• Budget management and measuring marketing ROI.
• Willingness to travel 10–15%.
