Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Global Market Development (GMD) Manager for the Bioprocessing Filtration and Separation business. You will lead global market development strategy for biologics, plasma-derived therapies, vaccines, and other emerging markets.

You will translate technical data and market insights into differentiated positioning, compelling value propositions, and global go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and above-market growth.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree plus 6 years of marketing experience in life sciences or related field.
• Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of marketing experience in life sciences or related field.
• Proven success in multi-channel marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives.
• Experience producing content and messaging for digital and traditional channels.
• Strong analytical skills to derive insights from market data and campaign performance.
• Ability to lead complex projects in a matrix organization.

Aufgaben

• Lead development and execution of global GTM strategies for bioprocessing market segments.
• Develop understanding of customer workflows and unmet needs across segments.
• Translate insights into differentiated positioning and value propositions.
• Define marketing approaches to reach new markets and enable regional marketing and sell-through.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence to activate GTM across content, digital, and events.
• Engage regional teams to incorporate requirements and ensure effective market execution.
• Apply AI and performance insights to improve planning and decision-making while maintaining scientific accuracy.
• Manage marketing investments within budget and governance requirements.
