Qualifications

• Advanced degree with 6+ years in life sciences marketing or related field
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in marketing in life sciences, biotech, diagnostics or pharma
• Proven success in multi-channel marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives
• Strong analytical skills to derive insights from market data and campaign metrics
• Strategic thinking with ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data
• Excellent project management and ability to lead complex marketing projects
• Proven ability to build relationships across global teams
• Outstanding written and verbal communication, including executive presentations
• Experience creating content and messaging for digital and traditional channels
• Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and relevant platforms
• Experience managing external agencies and partners
• Ability to travel 10-15%

Responsabilités

• Lead global GTM strategy for existing products and new introductions
• Develop deep understanding of product portfolios and market verticals
• Translate market and customer insights into priority audiences and strategies
• Partner with Product Management and other teams for differentiated positioning
• Define marketing approach to reach, demand, and adoption objectives
