Job summary

Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies is seeking a Manager, Global Localization to lead the global documentation localization program. You will drive cross-functional projects, mentor managers, and partner with vendors to deliver accurate translations for patients and regulators worldwide.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in project and people management, with a strong background in regulated localization, tools, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of project and people management, including 3 years in localization in a regulated environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.
• Experience with project management disciplines, methodologies, and localization tools.
• Experience delivering global localization projects with diverse regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Mentor Localization Project Managers with best practices and methodologies.
• Create and manage concurrent, complex localization project plans across lines.
• Maintain knowledge of medical device products and localization standards.
• Develop and revise localization policies and best practices.
• Lead language service provider relationships and quarterly reviews.
