Job summary

Genus PIC, a Genus PLC company, seeks a Director, Industry Strategy & Engagement (remote) to lead strategic engagement with pork chain stakeholders and support commercialization of EverThrive PRP, building relationships with senior leaders across the protein value chain.

Based in the United States with ~50% travel, you will develop global engagement strategies, gather market insights, coordinate cross-functional activities, and influence industry dialogue to accelerate innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7–10 years in stakeholder engagement or related functions.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior executives and industry bodies.
• Experience developing and executing engagement strategies.
• Experience representing organizations at industry forums.
• Strong understanding of agriculture, food systems, biotechnology, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global industry engagement strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders across the value chain.
• Expand PIC's presence with priority stakeholders.
• Represent PIC at conferences and advisory groups.
• Create and manage engagement plans for key organizations.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for commercialization and strategy.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities with internal leaders.
• Prepare executive briefings and stakeholder profiles.
