Job summary

Genus is seeking a Global Pig Resistant Product (PRP) Program Manager to lead the integration, coordination, and governance of the PRP program across markets, regulatory, and commercial teams. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership and a holistic view to scale PRP globally.

The successful candidate will remove barriers, drive alignment, manage risks, and ensure commercialization readiness while coordinating across global markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Project Management, or related field.
• Proven experience leading large, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to influence and align across diverse teams without direct reporting authority.
• Experience developing governance frameworks, executive reporting and operating cadences.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary coordinator across all PRP workstreams to unify the global program.
• Build cross-functional partnerships across commercialization, regulatory, legal, and supply chain.
• Lead governance framework, meetings, decision processes, and reporting structures.
• Identify and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and resource needs.
• Track decisions, commitments, and action items through completion.
• Develop governance tools, dashboards, and standardized processes for visibility.
• Own the Market Readiness Framework for global commercialization.
• Coordinate planning activities and cross-functional readiness for market expansion.
