Job summary

PIC, a global leader in porcine genetics and part of Genus PLC, seeks a seasoned stakeholder engagement leader in the United States.

The role focuses on developing a global industry engagement strategy that supports commercialization and business objectives while building trusted relationships with senior leaders across producer organizations, food companies, and other stakeholders. You will represent PIC at conferences and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field with 7–10 years of experience in stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to develop and execute engagement strategies and manage relationships with senior executives.
• Strong understanding of agriculture, food production, and biotechnology with excellent communication and influencing skills.
