Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company seeks a Manager for Smart Manufacturing & MES COE to lead a global team across manufacturing sites, driving DELMIA Apriso governance, standards, and deployment. You will align MES initiatives with business objectives and collaborate with IT, Automation, Quality, and Operations while ensuring secure, scalable platforms.

You will oversee roadmaps, governance, and architecture, visiting Columbia, SC; Blairsville, PA; or Ogden, UT as needed, with remote work

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, CS or IT, advanced degree preferred.
10+ years in manufacturing tech or MES leadership roles.
Experience leading distributed technical teams across sites.
Proven MES implementations in multi-site environments.
Strong knowledge of production and plant operations.
Experience integrating MES with ERP, PLC, SCADA/DCS, data historians.

Responsibilities

Lead a global MES developers team across multiple sites.
Govern DELMIA Apriso MES COE including standards and architecture reviews.
Define MES roadmap, portfolio, deployment strategy and governance.
Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Automation, and IT to align tech with business goals.
Define systems architecture for MES, ERP integration, quality systems and cybersecurity.
Oversee MES integration with PLCs, SCADA, DCS, robotics, and shop-floor tech.
Define data historian and data governance strategies.
Lead lifecycle management, training and deployment processes.
Ensure cybersecurity, reliability, and scalability of manufacturing solutions.
Manage vendors and external technology partners.
Drive improvements in OEE, throughput, quality and traceability.
Establish long-term support, release management and modernization.
