Ladders is seeking a Sr. Director, Forensics to lead a global forensics and eDiscovery collections practice. The role oversees delivery, compliance, and defensibility across regions, shaping a distributed operating model in partnership with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.

The position requires 12+ years in digital forensics/collections with 5+ years in leadership, and a strong client-facing track record. This is a remote role with US-only candidates and compelling growth potential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in digital forensics, eDiscovery collections, or investigations, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in forensic acquisition and analysis across platforms including cloud and mobile.
• Proven client-facing experience handling complex matters and escalations.

Responsibilities

• Lead forensics and collections as a unified global practice.
• Oversee end-to-end collection delivery, ensuring compliance and defensibility.
• Establish and maintain a standardized operating model across regions.
• Develop and mentor regional directors and managers to enhance team performance.
• Serve as the primary client-facing expert for forensics and support revenue growth.
• Manage the forensics toolchain and vendor relationships to optimize performance.
• Track and report on key performance indicators and unit economics.
