Job summary

KLA is seeking a senior leader for the Legal Compliance Organization to drive digital forensics, eDiscovery, and information governance on a global scale. You will mentor a diverse team, coordinate with cross‑functional partners, and ensure defensible handling of evidence across investigations and regulatory matters.

The role emphasizes collaboration across Legal, Compliance, HR, Cybersecurity, IT and IP, with a hands‑on leadership style and travel to support international operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related digital forensics or information governance field.
• 5–7 years of digital forensics, investigations, eDiscovery or incident response experience.
• Experience leading teams, managing contractors and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Prior multinational experience and ability to support multiple time zones are desirable.
• Strong communication, project management and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a global digital forensics and eDiscovery team including internal analysts and vendors.
• Oversee defensible forensic analysis, data collection, review support, and disposition.
• Analyze evidence from endpoint DLP, M365, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, SIEM, and mobile devices.
• Manage forensic imaging, remote endpoint collections, and chain‑of‑custody processes.
• Improve eDiscovery and ESI preservation, including legal holds and custodian identification.
• Develop defensible approaches for AI‑related evidence with proper validation and controls.
• Partner with Cybersecurity and IT on incident response and post‑incident preservation.
• Support special projects like information governance, data mapping, and dashboards.
