Job summary

KLDiscovery is seeking a Senior Director, Forensics to lead a global forensics and collections practice from a remote US-based position. You will manage examiners and analysts across US, EMEA, and APAC, aligning delivery with a single operating model and client-focused growth.

You will shape the methodology, oversee budgets, and partner with Product and Engineering to enable automation, cloud collection, and AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications

• Over 12 years in digital forensics or eDiscovery with 5+ years leading distributed teams.
• Deep hands-on expertise in forensic acquisition and analysis across devices, cloud, and chat.
• Client-facing experience with scoping, escalations, and revenue growth.
• US-based, eligible to work in the US, willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end collection delivery across US, EMEA, and APAC.
• Set one operating model with SOPs, KPIs, and cost per collection metrics.
• Oversee 24/7 coverage, SLA adherence, and escalation handling.
• Define and defend forensic methodology and chain of custody.
• Lead client-facing forensics engagements and expert testimony when required.
