Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Wikimedia movement organizers to assess physical security environments for global events and implement best practices.
• Lead enterprise risk management efforts, including policy development and risk tracking for the Foundation and movement.
• Conduct risk and gap assessments with experts in technology, brand, legal, operations, and strategic risk.
• Develop emergency response plans for physical security threats and lead activation during incidents.
• Provide crisis support to internal teams working with at‑risk communities and coordinate with external partners as needed.
• Remain current on geopolitical trends and advise leadership on risk implications.
