Job summary

Tied Together Marketing (TTM) is seeking a Senior Global Event Producer to own complex programs, lead the teams behind them, and drive results for our clients. This is a fully remote (with travel!) opportunity.

Responsibilities include budgeting, RFPs, venue management, AV, transportation, and speaker coordination, while guiding junior staff and collaborating with founders to deliver exceptional experiences worldwide.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading event programs with corporate, conference, trade show, and hospitality ownership.
• Proven track record of flawless execution and client-centric service.
• Strong budget, risk, and vendor management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients and events with concepts, budgets, and recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to maintain brand story and seamless experiences.
• Resource planning, master project plans, and post-event analysis.
• Budget ownership, forecasting, cost tracking, and ROI reporting.
• Plan and drive full programs across venues, AV, transportation, F&B, housing, and speaker management.
• Manage RFPs, requirements, bid processes, and vendor negotiations.
• Oversee contract negotiations and ensure SLA compliance.
• Direct on-site show management and backstage operations.
• Coach junior staff and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
