Eurest, a leading food service management company, seeks a Business Manager for the Eventions team in Washington. You will lead planners, oversee logistics, and manage client relationships across centers to implement new processes and strategies.

Responsibilities include supervising the planner teams, developing processes, and coordinating with vendors to deliver high-level events. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service.
• 3 years of experience planning executive events (product releases, trade shows, conferences).
• Event planning certification (CMP/CSEP) a plus if no event planning experience.
• Extremely professional and client-focused with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with global stakeholders across Eventions and other segments to ensure cohesion and customization.
• Develop and propose operational processes by analyzing business needs and goals at a daily program level.
• Initiate strategic planning to keep pace with industry growth and evolving client needs.
• Maintain top-quality hospitality vendors and ensure seamless experiences for guests.
• Manage high-level non-briefing events and projects with all logistical arrangements.
