Job summary

Anteris Technologies seeks a Professional Education Manager to develop and deliver physician education programs advancing scientific understanding of DurAVR and ADAPT technology. You will lead KOL faculty engagement, Speakers Bureau operations, and congress education while coordinating with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Compliance to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on curriculum development, digital education, and translation of evidence into practical learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical, life science, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in medical affairs, professional education, clinical education, or a related medical device function.
• Experience coordinating physician faculty or speaker programs in a regulated medical device environment.
• Strong scientific literacy in cardiovascular medicine with ability to discuss valve performance and clinical trial design.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex scientific information into engaging educational content.
• Strong project management skills with multiple programs and deadlines.
• Understanding of HCP engagement compliance, including contracting and transparency reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Willingness to travel 30–40%, including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver physician education programs to advance understanding of DurAVR and ADAPT technology.
• Manage Anteris Speakers Bureau: faculty coordination, scheduling, review, preparation, and follow-up.
• Lead congress education for major cardiovascular meetings and develop symposia and workshops.
• Build and maintain digital education via webinars, e-learning, and online case libraries.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs to align programs with evidence strategy and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure contracts, fair market value analyses, and disclosures are completed; maintain engagement records.
