Ladders is seeking a Global Clinical Study Senior Manager to guide the end-to-end operational delivery of global clinical studies. This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to keep programs on track from start-up through close-out, focusing on execution, governance, and disciplined study management to meet timelines, quality, and budget.

The position is remote for US-based candidates only, with compensation ranging from $136,400 to $181,400 annually.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of project management experience in clinical trials within biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO environments.
• Proven experience in clinical research, including team lead experience in clinical functions.
• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline required; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with clarity and transparency.

Responsibilities

• Lead global operational delivery of clinical studies from start-up through close-out.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders to drive performance against project timelines, quality, and budget.
• Manage global study strategy execution and oversee key operational deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with study protocols, SOPs, and relevant regulations.
• Monitor and track clinical study progress and manage regional study budgets.
